Terms of Use

These terms are publication-ready product copy, not legal certification. They must receive professional legal review before launch.

These Terms govern your use of Eloquent, operated by Petar Nikolic. By creating an account or using Eloquent, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to create an Eloquent account. Eloquent is not directed to children. You are responsible for complying with the rules that apply where you live.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account was compromised. One person may not use repeated accounts to obtain repeated introductory offers.

Subscriptions and trials

Eloquent may offer weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The checkout screen displays the actual localized price, billing period, taxes, introductory-offer eligibility, and renewal terms that apply to you. Unless cancelled before renewal, a subscription renews and the relevant store or billing provider charges the payment method on file. Manage or cancel through the management link shown in Eloquent or through Apple, Google, RevenueCat Billing, or Stripe as applicable. Deleting your Eloquent account does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases is available for supported purchases.

Learning and AI content

Definitions, translations, examples, pronunciation, images, and coaching may be generated or assisted by AI and may contain errors. Verify important information independently. Eloquent is an educational aid, not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Remote AI features require a separate disclosure consent.

Acceptable use

Do not use Eloquent to break laws; harm, exploit, or sexualize minors; create hateful, violent, or abusive material; infringe intellectual property or privacy; upload malware or secrets; probe or bypass security or rate limits; automate abusive access; resell the service; or interfere with other people’s use. We may reject unsafe content and restrict or terminate abusive accounts.

Your content

You retain rights you have in content you submit. You give us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and transform it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested Eloquent features and provide support. You must have permission to submit it.

Availability and changes

We may change or discontinue features, providers, pricing for future billing periods, or supported regions. We will provide notice where required. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using Eloquent at any time and request account deletion. We may restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create security or legal risk. The deletion recovery and retention process is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Eloquent is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Eloquent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service.
