Delete your account

You can request deletion from Eloquent on iOS, Android, or web: open Settings → Account → Delete account, review the subscription warning, and confirm.

Subscription cancellation is separate

Deleting Eloquent does not cancel an Apple, Google, or web subscription. Use Manage Subscription in Eloquent to avoid future renewal charges. You can request account deletion even while a subscription is active.

What happens next

1. Eloquent signs the account out and blocks normal use.
2. You have 30 days to recover the account by signing in and cancelling deletion.
3. After 30 days, Eloquent removes user-owned files from Supabase Storage, requests deletion of the RevenueCat customer record and PostHog analytics profile, events, and recordings, then deletes the Eloquent authentication account and primary account content.
4. Provider deletion queues, backups, payment records, and legally required security, tax, or dispute records follow the retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.

If you cannot access the app, email support@eloquent-app.com from the address on the account. We may ask you to verify ownership.
