Delete your account

You can request deletion from Eloquent on iOS, Android, or web: open Settings → Account → Delete account, review the subscription warning, and confirm.

Cancel a subscription first

Deleting Eloquent does not cancel an Apple, Google, or web subscription. Use Manage Subscription in Eloquent first to avoid future renewal charges.

What happens next

1. Eloquent signs the account out and blocks normal use.
2. You have 30 days to recover the account by signing in and cancelling deletion.
3. After 30 days, primary account content is purged. We preserve only non-reversible trial-abuse prevention or legally required records.
4. Backups containing deleted content expire within the following 30 days.

If you cannot access the app, email support@eloquent-app.com from the address on the account. We may ask you to verify ownership.
